Astronomers have found the faintest object ever observed from the NASA's Hubble and Spitzer space telescopes. This object existed about 400 million years after the Big Bang, which is about 13.8 billion years ago. The team that discovered it has given it the name “Tayna” which is a word of Aymara, a language that is spoken in the Andes and some regions of South America. All though Hubble and Spitzer have discovered other galaxies that have much greater distance. This object shows a smaller and fainter category of newly forming galaxies. These dim objects may describe more about the early universe and put forward the new perception about the formation and evolution about the early galaxies. Marine environment is being destroyed by the ridiculously huge amounts of plastic trash in Earth’s oceans. In fact, it is estimated that the oceans are filled with 5.25 trillion pieces of plastic with a total weight of 269,000 tons,  which harm 1,000,000 ocean animals each year. These numbers are quite shocking, don’t you think. In the recent years, we have seen a number of amazing inventions aimed to stop this pollution and save the oceans, such as   the massive ocean cleaning system  called The Ocean Cleanup , which is to be launched in 2016, or the floating Seawer Skyscraper , an innovative power station which not only cleans up plastic waste but also generates clean energy. Cooking has become a cherished pastime of mine over the last several years. It began in college when I found I could no longer stomach the meals the cafeteria was providing me. Dolphins and whales can strand together – most recently, ten long-finned pilot whales became stranded on a beach near Calais, seven of which died – but we can’t pinpoint a single reason why this happens. Instead, many different factors appear to be involved. Some mass strandings are easy to solve, because the individuals involved are similarly sick or injured. In these cases, they strand because they are pushed inshore by currents as they ail and die. Alternatively, they head for shore because they are simply too sick to swim. I’ve loved hip hop for a long time, and Lauryn Hill has been one of my favourite artists for years. When I came upon this video it resonated so much with me, and I felt that her words are so relevant right now, almost 16 years after she said them. To me, their ability to stand the test of changing times is a real testament to the truth within them. I was so shocked to find out she was only 25 years old when she dropped this awesome speech filled with so much wisdom. I attribute it to her life experiences and unwavering dedication to a higher power. Speaking to a room full of college students she shyly mentions off the top that she isn’t the best public speaker.
